Longtime Eating Rules readers already know that I’m a huge fan of Bob’s Red Mill.  Their quality is outstanding, and there’s just something about the simple, honest packaging that draws me in and reminds me of a bygone era.  There’s no hype or flashy marketing — it’s just darn good, real food.

Bob’s product line is extensive, with over 400 different flours, cereals, seeds, baking mixes, and whole grains.  They have more than 50 organic products as well as a dedicated gluten-free line made in a separate facility.

In my Bob’s giveaway last year, I highlighted some of their more popular whole grain products (Quinoa, Cornmeal, Steel Cut Oats, and Whole Wheat Flour).  This time, I want to showcase some of their products that might not yet be on your radar.

Case in point: They’ve just come out with a 100% Whole Wheat Pearl Couscous (also known as Israeli Couscous).  How awesome is that?

The giveaway is simple: THREE lucky winners will each receive FOUR different Bob’s Red Mill products of their choosing, from the following list:

The Fine Print

The giveaway ends at 11:59pm on April 18th.  I’ll select the winners at random from all of the eligible entries received, and post the results shortly thereafter.

Limit of three entries per person: One for your original comment, one for tweeting and posting an additional comment, and one for sharing on facebook and posting an additional comment. I will be picking the winners from all of the comments received, so please be sure to leave a comment for each type of entry.

If you’re a winner, you’ll need to email me your mailing address (no PO boxes, sorry) and phone number within three days, else I’ll choose another winner. I’ll then pass along your info to Bob’s, and they’ll ship your prize right to you! They have assured me your information will remain confidential.

If you include a link in your comment to your own blog or site, I’ll consider that spam and delete your comment, sorry.  Of course, please do enter your site’s URL in the “website” field on the form.

    (A note on my methodology, in case you’re interested: I went through and entered every name on a spreadsheet, one entry per line, with up to three entries per person, as per the instructions. I then went to and selected five random integers from the pool of all entries submitted (89 total). The first three numbers corresponded with the winners. The last two numbers are backups, in case I don’t hear back from the first winners.)

    I’m really interested in trying the Gluten-free Whole Grain Bread mix. I don’t have any gluten-allergies (right now… I hear sometimes they manifest later in life) but I’m curious about different baked good options that don’t include gluten. Plus, I just got this great book on basic breadmaking and I’m obsessed with the idea! It would be really cool to have one of my first loaves be something I can share with all my readers – those with great taste AND those with certain dietary sensitivities!
