Longtime Eating Rules readers already know that I’m a huge fan of Bob’s Red Mill.  Their quality is outstanding, and there’s just something about the simple, honest packaging that draws me in and reminds me of a bygone era.  There’s no hype or flashy marketing — it’s just darn good, real food.

Bob’s product line is extensive, with over 400 different flours, cereals, seeds, baking mixes, and whole grains.  They have more than 50 organic products as well as a dedicated gluten-free line made in a separate facility.

In my Bob’s giveaway last year, I highlighted some of their more popular whole grain products (Quinoa, Cornmeal, Steel Cut Oats, and Whole Wheat Flour).  This time, I want to showcase some of their products that might not yet be on your radar.

Case in point: They’ve just come out with a 100% Whole Wheat Pearl Couscous (also known as Israeli Couscous).  How awesome is that?

The giveaway is simple: THREE lucky winners will each receive FOUR different Bob’s Red Mill products of their choosing, from the following list:

Whole Wheat Pearl Couscous (so new, it’s not even on their website yet!)
Dried Blueberries (no sugar added!)

The Fine Print

The giveaway ends at 11:59pm on April 18th.  I’ll select the winners at random from all of the eligible entries received, and post the results shortly thereafter.

Limit of three entries per person: One for your original comment, one for tweeting and posting an additional comment, and one for sharing on facebook and posting an additional comment. I will be picking the winners from all of the comments received, so please be sure to leave a comment for each type of entry.

If you’re a winner, you’ll need to email me your mailing address (no PO boxes, sorry) and phone number within three days, else I’ll choose another winner. I’ll then pass along your info to Bob’s, and they’ll ship your prize right to you! They have assured me your information will remain confidential.

    I love Bob’s products. Planning to cook some red lentils for supper. I would like to try Whole Wheat Pearl Couscous, 10-Grain Pancake Mix, Dried Blueberries and Whole Grains & Beans Soup Mix because those are some products that aren’t available in my area yet.

    I’d like to try the pancake mix (love pancakes!), the couscous (I’d turn it into a cold pasta salad with bell peppers and feta and kalamata olives), the whole grain cereal, and the blueberries (I’d combine the last two!).

    I would like to try the dried blueberries, because YUM! I would also like to try the corn grits/polenta, because I love me some polenta and have never tried making it at home. I would also love the black bean soup mix, for an easy, hearty meal. And I’d like the pancacke mix, because I already use it and really like it.

    1) Nutritional Yeast (bc I cant ever seem to find it in the stores)
    2)Bountiful Black Bean Soup Mix ( I like beans)
    3)Whole Grains & Beans Soup Mix ( I like beans X2)
    4)Gluten-Free Corn Grits/Polenta – Grits were a main breakfast staple growing up. I would like to try the polenta version

    Creamy Rye Flakes Hot Cereal — Because is sounds yummy!
    10-Grain Pancake Mix — Because most prepackaged mixes suck & I don’t always have the time and energy to make my own
    Grande Whole Grain Cereal — Because Oatmeal gets boring

    I would like to try the gluten free items, blueberries and nutrional yeast. I can’t tolerate gluten and the blueberries look really good to ne because I JUST learned that I like blueberries and have been using them a lot. Oh, and I just live nutritional yeast and I bet that bob’s yeast is super healthy!

    YUM!! I love Bob’s Red Mill products. I would get Nutritional Yeast so I don’t have to eat naked popcorn, Dried Blueberries, GF Grits/Polenta, and Bountiful Black Bean Soup Mix. I could even see eating all of these on the same day, if not during the same meal!

    I love Bob’s pancake mix, so I’d definitely like to try that. I’m also curious to try the soup mixes (Whole Grains & Beans Soup Mix & Bountiful Black Bean Soup Mix) and the no-sugar blueberries sound delish!

    I’d like to try the nutritional yeast, the gluten free corn/grits, grande whole grain cereal and dried bluberries because some of the products I already use and love and would love to try other ones!

    I’m interested in:
    Whole Wheat Pearl Couscous – I love couscous, and it would love me if it was whole grain.
    10-Grain Pancake Mix – hello? pancakes! 🙂
    Grande Whole Grain Cereal – This sounds like it would be great in salads.
    Creamy Rye Flakes Hot Cereal – I love rye bread and rye crackers, and I’m intrigued by a rye hot cereal.
