Longtime Eating Rules readers already know that I’m a huge fan of Bob’s Red Mill.  Their quality is outstanding, and there’s just something about the simple, honest packaging that draws me in and reminds me of a bygone era.  There’s no hype or flashy marketing — it’s just darn good, real food.

Bob’s product line is extensive, with over 400 different flours, cereals, seeds, baking mixes, and whole grains.  They have more than 50 organic products as well as a dedicated gluten-free line made in a separate facility.

In my Bob’s giveaway last year, I highlighted some of their more popular whole grain products (Quinoa, Cornmeal, Steel Cut Oats, and Whole Wheat Flour).  This time, I want to showcase some of their products that might not yet be on your radar.

Case in point: They’ve just come out with a 100% Whole Wheat Pearl Couscous (also known as Israeli Couscous).  How awesome is that?

The giveaway is simple: THREE lucky winners will each receive FOUR different Bob’s Red Mill products of their choosing, from the following list:

Whole Wheat Pearl Couscous (so new, it’s not even on their website yet!)
Dried Blueberries (no sugar added!)

The Fine Print

The giveaway ends at 11:59pm on April 18th.  I’ll select the winners at random from all of the eligible entries received, and post the results shortly thereafter.

Limit of three entries per person: One for your original comment, one for tweeting and posting an additional comment, and one for sharing on facebook and posting an additional comment. I will be picking the winners from all of the comments received, so please be sure to leave a comment for each type of entry.

If you’re a winner, you’ll need to email me your mailing address (no PO boxes, sorry) and phone number within three days, else I’ll choose another winner. I’ll then pass along your info to Bob’s, and they’ll ship your prize right to you! They have assured me your information will remain confidential.

If you include a link in your comment to your own blog or site, I’ll consider that spam and delete your comment, sorry.  Of course, please do enter your site’s URL in the “website” field on the form.

    I would love to try the Israeli Couscous. I buy a salad with that in it from trader joe’s that is awesome and wondered what it was and where to get it.

    Other things that sound awesome:

    Whole Grains & Beans Soup Mix
    Bountiful Black Bean Soup Mix
    Dried Blueberries

    Wow! So many choices. Yummy! I would be interested in the following:

    Creamy Rye Flakes Hot cereal: never heard of this–would love to try it.
    Corn Grits/Polenta: I love polenta–I buy some already made in a tube. I would like to
    make my own.
    Whole Grains and Beans Soup Mix: I love soup and would especially like to make some
    with the combination of the whole grains and beans
    Black Beans soup mix: what can I say. I simply adore black beans soup.

    I already use a ton of Bob’s stuff, but I have not tried the dried blueberries (which my family would gobble up in one morning). And since you asked, we’re already fans of the 10 grain Pancake mix, GF Hearty bread, and the polenta, so winning these would be just an extra bonus!

    i’ve used bob’s for years and am happy to post it on my fb wall. i would like to try the polenta (bc i like polenta), the pancake mix (coz i’m craving good pancakes right now), creamy rye flakes cereal (this just sounds awesome), and the whole grains/bean soup mix (great for camping– used to make my own).

    bob’s simply is the best. simply.

    Holy tough decisions!
    def. the dried blueberries- I love dried fruit but hate how they are always overly sweetened!
    I would also love the nutritional yeast because I just tried and loved it, but it’s a tough find around me; and the grande whole grain cereal and whole grains and beans soup mix because they both looks so hearty and delicious!!

    I’m interested in the gluten-free bread mix, polenta, and the blueberries. I can’t tell if the soup mixes are GF or not. Sadly, I can’t eat several of these products, but I’ve tried several of Bob’s GF flours.

      The Whole Grains soup mix has wheat in it. The Black Bean mix has barley, which I believe contains gluten, yes?
