- 1 wild salmon fillet about 6 ounces per person
Sauce Variation #1:
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- squeeze of lemon juice
Sauce Variation #2:
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Sprinkle salt and pepper over wild salmon fillets.
Broil in oven on high for 10 minutes; 5 minutes on each side.
While salmon is cooking, mix together sauce ingredients. Spoon on top of finished salmon, and serve.
