Alone, kids can wash the greens, chop unfrozen bananas with a butter knife, fill the blender and push the buttons. With assistance they can measure out the ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 cups raw kale or other leafy green I like to freeze mine but it isn’t essential
  • 2 frozen bananas chopped
  • 2 ounces coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender, adding the almond butter last. Pulse until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
