  • 4 cups baby spinach washed
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste


  1. In a food processor, pulse all ingredients until it forms a pesto consistency--smooth yet a little chunky.
  2. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with gluten-free toast or crackers.
