- 1 large tomato finely diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
- 2 to 3 green onions chopped (use whole onion, not just the whites)
- 1 medium lime juiced
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 jalapeno diced (optional)
