  • 1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Scottish oatmeal
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • A big dollop of Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup blueberries


  1. Prepare the oatmeal according to package directions.
  2. Stir in flaxseeds.
  3. Top with yogurt and blueberries, and enjoy!
