Ingredients

  • 1 cup Steel Cut Oats
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 large Apple grated
  • 1 tsp. grated or ground Cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds - Optional
  • 1/2 cup Raisins or Dried Cranberries unsweetened or fruit juice sweetened - Optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large, oven-proof baking dish.
  3. Place in the oven and bake for 1 hour.
  4. Remove from oven and stir in anything else you'd like to add!
