I Have Type 2 Diabetes. And I’m Glad.

Why am I glad that diabetes came into my life? Because it inspired me to change. I decided to say goodbye to sugar and carbohydrates, including grains, starchy vegetables, legumes, and most fruits. Sticking to this way of eating has changed my life.
