October Unprocessed Google Hangout – The First Week Q&A

Yesterday, I was joined by Suzanne Elizondo and Rene Lynch for a fun Google Hangout On Air. ย Hangouts are basically multi-way video chats that are broadcastย live (and automatically recorded for anyone who missed it).

The three of us talked about our first week of unprocessed eating, sharing some strategies and perspective that we’ve learned along the way. We also took questions from the audience (thanks to everyone who tuned in and contributed!). It was a ton of fun, and we’re going to be doing more of these throughout the month.

So grab a mug of tea (or coffee, perhaps with someย unprocessed creamer!) and enjoy the replay:

Hey Mary Lynne! Maybe try and find a grocery store near buy and get produce that is OK without refrigeration like apples, bananas, avocados etc. Traveling can be tough when you are trying to eat healthy.

My biggest challenge coming up is a two day road trip and not having a fridge to put my own food in. I do bring my own non-processed food, some of which doesn’t need refrigeration. However, I love bringing fresh fruit and greens and most “on the road” hotels/motels do not have refrigeration. Ice is offered but that doesn’t work for long.
Any good tips?
