Get a free nutritional analysis!
Jun 02, 2010
Have you ever wondered if you are getting all your vitamins and minerals? Are you eating too much fat? Getting enough fiber?
I’ve recently acquired some fancy diet analysis software, and I want to use it for good (not evil).
So here’s my idea: For the first two people who comment on this post and request it, I’ll run a FREE nutritional analysis of everything you eat for three consecutive days.
You’ll need to keep a detailed food log of everything (and I mean everything) that you eat and drink over the course of those three days, with nitty-gritty detail.  At the end of each day, you’ll simply email me the food log so I can enter it into the software.
Three days is enough time to get a good approximation of your typical diet, but not so long that you’ll go crazy logging all your food.
If you want extra credit, you can indicate where you are on the hunger scale each time you eat.
In return, I ask that you allow me to write about this exercise (which may include sharing your nutritional info and/or reports), and once we’re done, you contribute a guest post about your experience and what you learned.
Sound good? Who’s in?

Are you sure you don’t want to do three 😉 ?
Hi Mike,
Sure, I’d be happy to crunch the numbers for you. I’ll email you with details.
Thanks!

I’m on it! I’ll be easy – you can just tell me right now to stop eating so much mac and cheese!
Great! I’ll send you an email with some questions and (very simple) instructions. 🙂
Well looks like I get a free food analysis!
You sure do! I’ll email you with details.
