Have you ever had barley for breakfast? I love this grain for its flavor and the way it pops in your mouth. If it is not blackberry season where you live feel free to use any other berry. Experiment with all types of fruit. Banana, figs, strawberries, apple.
Although weekday breakfasts are simple, I like to make something special, like this Roasted Beet and Sweet Potato Hash, on the weekend or on a day off from school.
If your lifestyle is anything like mine or you just find yourself succumbing to the ease of fast, processed food, my suggestion is to create your own fast food at home.
Within six months of eating a Whole-Food, Plant-Exclusive diet free of all processed food, and all sugar, oil, and salt specifically (all sugar and oil are highly processed), all of the polyps disappeared and I regained my health without drugs or surgery.
Oats are such a fabulously nutritious way to start the morning!
